Does CEEC have any regular events and activities I can join?

CEEC Monthly Networking Event

Aiming to keep CEEC’s members & stakeholders stay informed and connected, CEEC created the monthly networking event which will be organized on the first Thursday night of every month. Invitations will be sent out to CEEC members and friends around 10 days in advance, with reminders 2 days before the event. Information regarding CEEC past networking event can be found at: News & Events.

How can we apply for CEEC membership?

Applicants must provide a completed membership application package, which includes:

  • A completed membership application form (Download Application Form HERE)
  • A copy of the business license of your company ( Please send us the latest scanned version)

Please include a short information on your relation to CEE and why you would like to join CEEC. The application will then be discussed by the Executive Committee Members at its next regular session and you will be notified about your membership as soon as possible.

Our company would like to find business partners in Vietnam, can CEEC help us?

Not only helping members to find business partners in Vietnam, CEEC boutique services include:

  • Networking, business-matchmaking, market analysis, translation;
  • Recommendation, introduction and company visits to reliable suppliers/vendors both in Hanoi and HCMC including follow-up;
  • Public events such as business breakfasts and luncheons, seminars and workshops with industry experts sharing their knowledge and experience with CEEC members;
  • Community building both in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with members able to share experiences, expand their network, find new jobs/colleagues and business partners;
  • Insight on CEE country specific backgrounds, knowledge and languages – we provide info in tough CEE languages, such as Polish, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Croatian etc.

We are a company established in Ukaine, can we join CEEC?

CEEC Represents 15 members states, including: Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Macedonia. (CEE Countries)

Companies, which are established under the laws of any CEE Country or which are majority-owned subsidiaries of such companies or which can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Executive Committee that they have substantial ties to the CEE Countries, are welcomed to join CEEC as Ordinary Members.

Companies, which are established under the laws of any European country or which are majority-owned subsidiaries of such companies or which can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Executive Committee that they have substantial ties to the CEE Countries, are welcomed to join CEEC as Associate Members.

A Ukrainian based company would be welcomed to apply for CEEC’s Associate Membership.

What is CEEC?

The Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (CEEC) is an independent non-profit organisation. Our main goal is to support CEE backed companies which are already active in Vietnam, strengthen the CEE related business community in Vietnam, connect local businesses with CEE, and advise new entrants on the challenges in this ‘special’ market.

CEEC will soon position itself as the one-stop boutique service provider in Vietnam for any CEE related business: whether CEE companies trying to get a foothold in Vietnam; business professionals keen to expand their business across borders; Vietnamese businesses seeking opportunities of collaborating with CEE; or CEE and Vietnamese nationals collaborating in diverse areas. CEEC is your info-hub in terms of events, regulatory questions etc. in Vietnam.
