Marko Moric

Chairman

Marko Moric started working in Vietnam in 2005 in the Melia Hotel, Hanoi.

Today, as CEEC’s Chairman Marko consults and connects businesses supported by his extensive network and expertise in multiple industries and areas: hospitality management, marketing, human resources management, asset management, international trade, consultant in fisheries, wood, real estate; and organization and management of foreign representative offices in Vietnam.

Vlad Savin

Vice-Chairman

Vlad Savin is currently active in business strategy and development, advising international investors with market entry and compliance governance in Vietnam and across the Asia region.

He is a business development, finance and marketing professional, and has resided in Southeast Asia since 2013. Vlad has a wide experience in personal and corporate finance, working with investment firms in Malaysia in Vietnam, with extensive knowledge in business consulting, strategic analysis, client engagement, marketing and events with international exposure.

Vlad is Head of Business Development at Acclime Vietnam, a corporate consulting firm which supports investors with market entry, licensing, incorporation, compliance and tailored advisory services.

Nguyen Hai Minh

Treasurer

Nguyen Hai Minh, is Partner in charge of Tax & Business Advisory Services of Mazars Vietnam.

With more than 12 years of professional experience at one of the Big4 and Mazars, Minh has developed into one of the leading Tax advisors in the Vietnamese market, with class leading skills particularly in International Tax, Transfer Pricing, and corporate restructuring.

He is currently a member of Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association (VTCA) and also holds the Practicing Certificate for tax procedures in Vietnam.

With his extensive experience in tax and legal areas, Minh is a successful speaker at seminars/ conferences for clients and he also provides teaching and training courses at leading financial and accounting training organizations of Vietnam.

Florian Beranek

Board Member

Florian Beranek is an Austrian living in Hanoi since 2009 and a CEEC member since the beginning.

He is working in the field of CSR and Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) mainly for UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organisation) and other UN programs and holds a MSc degree from University of Applied Sciences bfi Vienna on CSR and Ethical Management.

Beside his activities in Vietnam he also is frequently engaged in respective initiatives across Asia and thus established a wide network amongst businesses, associations, embassies, international organisations, and government bodies.

Lukasz Kozlowski

Board Member

Łukasz moved to Ho Chi Minh City in 2015 from his hometown Poznan in Poland.

Together with a group of like-minded business he founded in 2016 MakeYourAsia – a travel and business service company.

He organized many events and trade fairs for Polish agencies and companies not only in Vietnam but in the whole ASEAN region.

Always in the center of Polish business events in Vietnam, provides assistance to CEE businesses aiming at entering Vietnamese and other Southeast Asian markets.

Gabriel Stanek

Board Member

Gabriel Stanek is from Prague, Czech Republic and moved permanently to Hanoi in 2015 after years of experience with business transactions in the region.

Gabriel is a Country Manager of Sev.en Global Investments which is the largest investor from the CEE region in Vietnam. He has also personal investments in the healthcare field in Vietnam and is a shareholder of IVF Hong Ngoc and IVF EV.

Gabriel holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Greenwich.

In his free time enjoys scuba diving and collecting art and antiques.

Miklos Krassovics

Board Member

After 10 years of various marketing positions at FMCG multinationals from Unilever, Danone to Reckitt Benckiser in Hungary and CEE regionally, Miklos has joined Gedeon Richter leading Hungarian pharmaceutical company 10 years ago. As international OTC pharma marketing manager he worked globally, but focusing on CEE and Vietnam.

As a board member of CEEC, Miklos can bring professionalism of multinationals and also local, special approach of Gedeon Richter with throughout knowledge and persistence working at Eastern and Asian markets. Market intelligence and analysis was a base since the beginning of his career, and since joining pharma industry advocacy and networking was added to these expertise.

Peter Ngo

Board Member

Analytical, energetic, and result-oriented manager with broad and deep experience in business and consumer finance, fintech, IoT, Automation, Security & Safety including product development, business development, partnership management as well as researching, planning and implementing new target market initiatives which is suitable for entrance new market and develop the business in the long-run.

Almost 10 years of experience, working for multi-national group as well as start-up companies. He is currently working as the Regional Managing Director for ASEAN market of Eurostellar Co. Ltd. and an active member of the CEEC.

Able to work as a team member as well as leading a large organization and cross functional team.

Travelling, cooking, music and reading is his free-time hobby.

Tatiana Masalska- Laska

Board Member

Tatiana Masalska-Laska is the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at TGM Research in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. With over two decades of leadership experience in the B2B sector internationally, she excels in steering organizations towards excellence, fostering high-performance teams, and cultivating vibrant company cultures.

Before joining TGM Research, Tatiana held leadership roles at TNS Research in Poland and played pivotal roles at Hilti across various countries including Poland, Germany, Vietnam, UAE, South Africa, and Israel.

She holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Marketing/Management and is a passionate advocate for Women’s Empowerment, actively promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond.

Monika Jurzak

Executive Director

Monika Jurzak was living in CEE countries for over 6 years, and in Vietnam since 2011.

During this time, Monika gained experience by working as office manager and on projects in non-profit organizations, like International Women’s Association in Vilnius, Lithuania and charity organizations in Vietnam.

She graduated from the Faculty of Management at Warsaw University, Poland. Monika’s hobby is painting in oil, which she is doing in her free time.

Hien Trinh Thu

Office Assistant

Trinh Thu Hien is a dynamic and creative administrator who always tries to complete her work efficiently and optimally.

Hien graduated with a major in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, in Hanoi.

She was an administrative intern at the Office of the Department of Foreign Affairs – Ministry of Foreign Affairs prior to joining the CEEC team.

Hien is interested in researching socio-political topics and International Relations. Aside from that her hobbies also include social media and writing. She speaks English and Vietnamese well and is also pursuing a diploma in Japanese.
