Applicants must provide a completed membership application form (download the application from the bottom of the page) together with a copy of the business license of the company (the latest scanned version) and short information on relation to CEE.
To complete membership form, applicants need to choose the membership category, which are divided as follow:
Corporate members – Large Enterprises (LE)*
ORDINARY MEMBER (with voting right)
- Companies established under EU laws, or:
- Majority owned subsidiaries of such companies, or:
- Companies with ties to the EU (e.g. employee from CEE region)
ASSOCIATE MEMBER (no voting right)
- Any company established under the other than CEE laws
- Any Vietnamese company who is interested in doing business with CEE region
Company fulfills 1 or more of the following conditions:
- Has more than 500 employees in Vietnam; or
- More than 1,000 employees globally; or
- Has operations in more than 5 countries***
Corporate members – Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME)
ORDINARY MEMBER (with voting right)
- Companies established under EU laws, or:
- Majority owned subsidiaries of such companies, or:
- Companies with ties to the EU (e.g. employee from CEE region)
ASSOCIATE MEMBER (no voting right)

- Any company established under the other than CEE laws
- Any Vietnamese company who is interested in doing business with CEE region
Only applicable if none of the Large Enterprise classifications are met.**
Individual Members*
CEE passport holders working in Vietnam who are no eligible to join with its company
NOTE:
Voting rights: Only one individual or nominated representative of ordinary corporate member is entitled to voting rights (the associate corporate members are not entitle to vote)
**Corporate SME Members are entitled to nominate 2 Representatives who will receive membership Cards
*** Corporate LE members are entitled to nominate 4 representatives who will receive Membership Cards
The received application will be discussed by the Executive Committee Members at its next regular session and you will be notified about your membership as soon as possible.
Please, also check our policy on membership fees below:
- Joining before Eurocham AGM or CEEC AGM (whichever comes later), full year fee payment applies. Membership expires end of the year.
- Joining after Eurocham AGM or CEEC AGM (whichever comes later), prior to 1 September of the year: fee payment for the months left (prorate basis) applies. Membership expires end of the year.
- Joining after 1 September: fee payment for the rest of the year (prorate basis) AND full next year applies. Membership expires end of the next year.
