Following those principles, we served over hundreds of multinational companies in successful hiring; developing in-house methodologies to understand, interview and select the best people. All those methodologies are now incorporated in AIMS International Vietnam, and put at disposal of the Vietnamese labour market. “A high percentage of bad hiring and retention problems comes from the fact that you are looking only at the CVs when you hire your people”. At AIMS International Vietnam, we do not simply pass CVs but instead, we design a custom project for a specific position in a specific company. The methodology we built to implement this approach starts from the principle that the best employee is always the one fitting the most in the specific environment requested by the company.
