Filip Graovac is Deputy Country Representative at The Asia Foundation. He gained his experience working with proposal and budget development for international development/relief programs, in managing and/or developing trainings, with USAID, DFAT ECHO, NZAID, UNHCR and privately – funded projects and cross-program partnerships, working with the private sector on development issues and in managing capacity building, governance, community development, public-private partnerships, economic development, women empowerment, private sector development, environment, and participatory planning projects in camp, rural and urban settings.
