Rising labour costs, nearshoring and new investment in ports and industrial zones are pushing manufacturers, 3PLs and retailers in Vietnam to rethink automation, productivity and supply-chain set-up. Most are making these decisions without knowing how peers handle the same questions.

The Roundtable is a working session, not a conference. Logistics operators and industry leaders from Vietnam and the Benelux sit at three thematic tables, compare how they tackle the same problems, and leave with practical reference points from peers.
