[HCMC] CEEC Tennis Cup 2024

You are cordially invited to join our third edition of “CEEC Tennis Cup 2024”.

The event is organized by CEEC and co-hosted by other European Business Associations: Dutch Business Association Vietnam (DBAV), German Business Association (GBA), European Chamber of Commerce (Eurocham).

The purpose of organizing this tournament is to engage our community members and also create new contacts among players. We offer opportunity to play, have fun and compete at the same time.

 

Event Timing: Saturday, 30 November 2024 from 8am

Event Address:  CLB Tennis Và Nhà Hàng CAO NGUYÊN, 257 Luong Dinh Cua, 277G Ap2, Thu Thiem, District 2, HCMC (at the back of Australian International School)

Participation fee: CEEC Members & co-hosts: 1.000.000 VND; Non-Members 1.200.000 VND (including food)

*Registration is obligatory. Limited seats available so the “first come, the first serve” rule will apply. Please register by 23.11.2024.

 

The Tournament is made of the basic rules as below (more details to come after we receive all registrations):

All level amateur players, men and women, who are passionate about tennis are welcome to join. The professional players and tennis coaches won’t be accepted.

All games are

• men singles
• men/mix doubles – you can register with your partner or alone (we will choose a partner for you).

All matches are played with 1 set 6 games. The set will apply the rule: 40-40 Golden point, 5-5 play up to 7 games if 5-5 play Tie-break 7 points and if 6-6 Golden point.

Prizes for the participants:

All the participants will receive a combo of a VLS tote bag, VLS handbook, and a voucher worth 1,000,000 VND to learn Vietnamese, a free lesson and a free level test sponsored by Vietnam Language Studies (VLS)

 

The third place prizes: A combo of a VLS tote bag, a VLS handbook, and a voucher for 5 hours of free Vietnamese lessons + a free level test each sponsored by Vietnam Language Studies (VLS)

 

The second place prizes: same as 3rd place prize, a combo of a VLS tote bag, a VLS handbook, and a voucher for 5 hours of free Vietnamese lessons + a free level test each sponsored by Vietnam Language Studies (VLS)

 

The first place prizes: A combo of a VLS tote bag, a VLS handbook, a VLS T-shirt and a voucher for 10 hours of free Vietnamese lessons and a free level test sponsor by Vietnam Language Studies (VLS) and the Lamy pen sponsored by LAMY pen.

The winners and finalists will receive a trophy/medal.

 

All profits from this event will be donated to families affected by the typhoon Yagi.
