Tony Picon– Head of Industrial & Research at NAI Vietnam

Following some years of experience in the real estate markets of Vietnam, Thailand and Laos, Tony Picon moved to Yangon in 2012, and in 2013 established Collier’s Myanmar office – the first international real estate consultant to enter the Myanmar market. Determined to play a part in helping move the country forward, Tony was the inaugural president of the British Chamber of Commerce in Myanmar, set up in mid-2014. Since 2022 he has been working as a consultant for research and industrial projects for NAI Vietnam.

Gemma Young – Director – Strategy & Sustainability at studio3eight

In the design & construction industry since 2002, and living in HCMC from 2012, Gemma Young is the Director of Strategy & Sustainability at studio3eight. With over 30 years business management experience, Gemma has a broad understanding of design firms and the construction industries in Australia and Vietnam. Both an accomplished designer and behavioural analyst extraordinaire, Gemma’s knowledge and experience drives a culture of innovation and inquiry that focuses on sustainable outcomes. Gemma’s capacity for applying behavioural strategies in the design and activation of sustainable community spaces enhances studio3eight’s built environments, place making and thought leadership capabilities in our rapidly changing world.

On a mission to engage with all stakeholders in the value chain to achieve favourable results across the breadth of the quadruple bottom line, and to gain meaningful support for relevant SDG’s (Sustainable Development Goals), Gemma’s mandate at studio3eight is unique. Vlad Savin – CEEC vice-chairman

Vlad Savin is currently active in business strategy and development, advising international investors with market entry and compliance governance in Vietnam and across the Asia region. He is a business development, finance and marketing professional, and has resided in Southeast Asia since 2013. Vlad has a wide experience in personal and corporate finance, working with investment firms in Malaysia in Vietnam, with extensive knowledge in business consulting, strategic analysis, client engagement, marketing and events with international exposure. Vlad is Head of Business Development at Acclime Vietnam, a corporate consulting firm which supports investors with market entry, licensing, incorporation, compliance and tailored advisory services.
