Hungarian Gastronomy Week Returns to Ho Chi Minh City
Following last year’s highly successful series of events, the Hungarian Gastronomy Week will
once again be held in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing authentic flavors and cultural experiences
from Hungary to Vietnam. This year, two renowned Hungarian master chefs and two master
pastry chefs will travel to Ho Chi Minh City to showcase their culinary artistry. Guests will
have the opportunity to savor traditional Hungarian dishes prepared with genuine expertise,
offering a true taste of Hungary.
Participating Restaurants and Venues:
Several iconic restaurants and hotels in Ho Chi Minh City will host the Gastronomy Week. For
the very first time, the program will open at Pappa Goulash Bistro in Mui Ne, marking an
exciting addition to the lineup. Other distinguished venues include fine dining establishments
and luxury hotels across the city.

5. March 17–23 – Hotel Continental Saigon 132–134 Dong Khoi St., Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
To complement the culinary journey, authentic Hungarian folk musicians and dancers will
perform during the dinners. Their traditional music and dance will create a festive atmosphere,
ensuring that each evening is not only a gastronomic delight but also a cultural celebration.
