Bulgarian Rose Festival and Friends

In honor of the friendship between two countries, the Bulgarian Embassy in Hanoi and Vietnam-Bulgaria Friendship Association are sponsoring the first-ever Bulgaria Rose Festival in Vietnam on March, from 3 to 8 at Thong Nhat Island, Thong Nhat Park, Hanoi
