In Vietnam, recruiting and employing foreign experts is a complex process which creates significant issue for investors operating in country, from a regulatory perspective and also a cultural and best practices alignment.
Join our business seminar “Employing foreign experts in Vietnam – best practices and regulatory issues” organized by CEEC and NordCham and co-hosted by other Business Associations.
Our first speaker, Matthew Lourey, Managing Partner from Acclime Vietnam, will talk about the legal and commercial aspects of foreign experts’ employment, visa entry process, work permit current situation and exemptions, labour contracts types and probation models, and timelines in practice.
And our second speaker, Ms. Tra Le, Market Expansion Director from Source of Asia, will focus on the current market’s needs & offers, cultural barriers and differences, “gaps” in expectations and delivery.
