With a wide range of experience in human resources management spanning ~ 20 years in both end-market and regional HR leadership roles, Alexis specializes in Talent Management & Development, Organizational Development and HR Business Partnering.
She is currently Chief People Officer at Home Credit Vietnam. Prior to this, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Techcombank for 5 years and then Chief Human Resources Officer at One Mount Group for 2 years, and together with the HR team had built both Techcombank and One Mount Group to stand among Vietnam’s Best Places to Work in banking, financial services and technology & digital industries.
Alexis graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Management. She was consistently on the Dean’s List, and as the top student of her cohort, earned First Class Honours upon graduation.
Daan van Rossum – Founder & CEO of FlexOS
Daan van Rossum is the CEO at FlexOS, the platform that helps companies in South-East Asia get people together again in the world of hybrid and remote work. All to help them with their key challenge: to attract, engage and retain the best talent in the market.
Prior to leading FlexOS, Daan was CEO at Dreamplex, the leader in Workplace Experience, before which he ran his wellbeing startup Bright. This followed a 9-year engagement with Ogilvy, for which he worked as a Regional Strategy & Innovation Director across their Amsterdam, New York, Chicago, Singapore, and Ho Chi Minh City offices.

Vlad Savin – CEEC vice-chairman
Vlad Savin is currently active in business strategy and development, advising international investors with market entry and compliance governance in Vietnam and across the Asia region. He is a business development, finance and marketing professional, and has resided in Southeast Asia since 2013. Vlad has a wide experience in personal and corporate finance, working with investment firms in Malaysia in Vietnam, with extensive knowledge in business consulting, strategic analysis, client engagement, marketing and events with international exposure. Vlad is Head of Business Development at Acclime Vietnam, a corporate consulting firm which supports investors with market entry, licensing, incorporation, compliance and tailored advisory services.
