CEEC Annual General Meeting 2020

Dear CEEC Esteemed Members,
We are pleased to invite you to “Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2020”, whereupon the information about CEEC activities, achievements in 2019 and outlook for 2020 will be presented.
CEEC AGM will be taken place on Saturday, 29th February 2020 at EuroCham Video Conference Meeting Room from 10AM.
Hanoi: Unit 08, Floor 3B, Horison Tower, 40 Cat Linh, Dong Da District
Ho Chi Minh City, F15, the Landmark, 5B Ton Duc Thang, District 1

If you would like to nominate yourself to be one of the Executive Committee Members 2020, kindly let us know by contacting us via office@ceecvn.org or your Executive Committee contact points before 25th February 2020 with this Nomination Form.
In case you are not able to attend CEEC EGM/AGM on the pre-determined date, please do not forget to give your proxy form to another CEEC member who is attending to guarantee the meeting’s quorum.
The deadline for membership renewal will be settled by 28 February in order to ensure your voting rights.
