Vietnam and its ASEAN neighbours have emerged as important manufacturing hubs in the international economy and the growing demand for environmentally sound, resource- and energy-efficient products and manufacturing creates a hunger for new green manufacturing technologies. With its rich technology and research landscape, innovative enterprises, and dedicated green growth strategies, Europe is a unique source of such green technologies. Thus, EU-ASEAN technology cooperation and Business to Business (B2B) partnerships can create enormous mutual benefit.
This two-day meeting will bring together businesses, innovators, policymakers and other stakeholders to discuss state-of-the-art green manufacturing technologies and opportunities for EU-ASEAN cooperation and technology transfer.
