SEMINAR EVFTA: OPPORTUNITY FOR BEN TRE – EUROPE ECONOMIC COOPERATION

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam (Department of Foreign Affairs for Provinces) in collaboration with Ben Tre Province and European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham) will organize “EVFTA: Opportunity for Ben Tre – Europe Economic Cooperation” Seminar on September 27th, 2019 in Ben Tre city (see the agenda below). In attendance, the Vietnamese delegates will consist of Ministry of Foreign Affairs leader; leaders, provincial departments’ representatives and businessesfrom Ben Tre province. In addition, the Seminar will also host Consul Generals, Heads of Economic – Trade Sections representing European countries; EuroCham Viet Nam Executive Committee; and representatives from chambers, business associations, and European businesses.
Time: 15:00-17:00, Friday, September 27th, 2019
Venue: Office of The People’s Committee of Ben Tre Province
The Seminar is for Ben Tre to promote the potentials, strengths and priorities in economic and investment cooperation with European partners in the context of EVFTA being signed recently. In addition, European businesses can connect with Ben Tre government and businesses, discuss matters of mutual interest and explore cooperation opportunities. On this occasion, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs leader looks forward to receiving insights, exchanging ideas and orientations on further cooperation, especially economic cooperation, between European partners and provinces in southern Viet Nam.
