[webinar] Labor Law and Covid in Vietnam: lessons learned in 2021 (October 28)
October 28, 2021 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
You are cordially invited to the webinar organized by Rödl & Partner and CEEC on LABOR LAW AND COVID IN VN: LESSONS LEARNED IN 2021.
In the fourth COVID-19 outbreak in Vietnam, more restrictions in respect of operations of enterprises were introduced by the authorities (e.g. prohibition of operation of non-essential services, three-on-the-spots measures for production companies, lockdown situation at residential areas). Additionally, many companies faced temporary or permanent closures and/or required restructurings of their operations.
As such, the employers face more difficulties and legal challenges regarding employment matters. In this webinar, we would like to focus on the right of employers in connection with HR related decisions to be made during the ongoing pandemic.
