We are pleased to invite you to “CEEC Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2018”, whereupon the changes at the statutes as well as information about CEEC activities, achievements in 2017 and outlook for 2018 will be presented.
CEEC EGM/AGM will be taken place on Saturday, 3rd March 2018 at EuroCham Video Conference Meeting Room from 10AM.

In case you are not able to attend CEEC EGM/AGM on the pre-determined date, please do not forget to give your proxy form to another CEEC member who is attending to guarantee the meeting’s quorum.
The deadline for membership renewal will be settled by 28 February in order to ensure your voting rights.
