As of 1 June 2024, we are pleased to announce that Mazars and FORVIS, a leading US public accounting firm, formed a new network and now operate under a shared global brand, Forvis Mazars.
This is an exciting next step in Mazars’ ongoing growth journey, that enhances our capacity and capability in the United States and propels us into the top 10 global brands in the accounting industry. Importantly, it is the opportunity to better serve you and your business as you follow your own growth plans.
You will still benefit from the same standards of service excellence from our international audit, tax and advisory services partners. In all countries outside the U.S., you’ll be working with the same team as you do today, and in the U.S., you can benefit from the expanded resources, scale and capabilities.
We see it as a positive development for you for several reasons:
· Same team, greater scale: Mazars is still the international partnership you know and there is no change outside the U.S. We maintain the same Mazars integrated operating model in over 100 countries and territories but with a greater scale, capacity and coverage in the United States to support our clients in an agile way, wherever they operate. In the U.S., we have been working with the FORVIS team for more than 20 years and we have agreed operating standards that allow us to achieve the same level of operational integration.
· Stronger in the U.S.: What this move does is strengthen our business, so we are better able to serve our clients with activities in the U.S. Mazars’ and FORVIS’ U.S. footprints complemented each other and with Forvis Mazars you now have access to coast-to-coast coverage and an additional 6,000 professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and the highest quality standards.
· Client service excellence: We remain committed to delivering an unmatched client experience that is responsive, personal and right for you. Both firms have excellent people, meaning you will have access to a broader, deeper pool of top talent with the skills, industry experience and international knowledge to best serve you.
· Deep industry expertise: Both firms have developed deep expertise and experience in key global industries. Together, we will be able to provide greater insight and deeper specialism: our community of experienced and proactive teams bring superior knowledge and understanding, both globally and locally.

Information about our address and tax code does not change. This name change does not affect our transactions, relationships as well as the performance of our engaged contracts and agreements.
