Four partners joint hands to Expand “Shine A Light” Initiative to Foster Workplace Inclusion for People of All Abilities
Shine A Light 2023 intensifies its focus on corporate philanthropy, amplifying both social impact and inclusivity throughout our wider community.
Ho Chi Minh City, 01st December 2023 – TGM Research, MakeYourAsia, and W Business Center are thrilled to announce the return of the “Shine A Light” initiative for its second year, a charitable partnership aimed at fostering a positive impact on the community. This year marks an exciting expansion as we welcome NAI Vietnam, a prominent full-service real estate agency, as our newest corporate partner.
Christmas is a time to remind us why it is so important to give back, extending beyond just our friends and family. That’s the message our businesses wish to transfer through this “Shine A Light” initiative.
This year, besides the Charity Trip to an orphanage in Go Vap, they will host a workshop on 16 December 2023 with exhibition from NGOs: Christina Noble Children’s Foundation, Disability Research & Capacity Development (DrD) and Saigon Children. Please find below is the event agenda:

Building upon the success of last year’s event, the 2023 edition of “Shine A Light” takes a significant step forward by broadening its focus beyond material donations. We are delighted to unveil a more impactful agenda, with an enhanced emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), specifically highlighting the meaningful inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace. The event is scheduled for December 16, 2023, and will be hosted at the W Business Center, 200 Pasteur St., Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3.
